It can be used on food molds such as ice cream pans, cake pans, etc. If you have used it, you will clearly feel the feeling of silicone. Rigid and flexible, with a certain practicality. If you've ever handled a baby bottle, you know that nipples are surprisingly soft, have soft ends, and hold their shape easily. They can be sterilized by boiling without affecting their softness or retaining their shape. These baby bottle nipples are usually made of platinum silicone. Silicones are also used in vehicles, conditioners, lubricants, plumbing, toys and electronics. Vibrators and other sex toys often use silicone.

Although the term "platinum" is sometimes used by TPE suppliers, it is usually a marketing term that indicates that the TPE they are using is of high quality. Only silicon is truly platinum in the sense that silicone is cured with platinum, which uses precious metals like platinum as catalysts to improve quality. Platinum silicone can be made into food-grade and hospital-grade silicone, and it is also very suitable for making love dolls! Fortunately, some brands have started to make more flexible options, combining silicone tips with TPE bodies - the detail and softness you need!

Silicone has some advantages, such as appearance, durability, smell, but TPE is more compressible and more likely to be liked by customers. Not only does TPE itself help with softness, but silicone dolls like the RIDMII brand are just made on the outside and the inside of the silicone doll is filled with hard foam or something similar. This saves weight etc. and gives the doll a different feel and is sturdier. Instead, DH168 appears to be a TPE for bone. So if you really squeeze the bone, you can feel the bone. And it creates more friction on the skin because if you pull it hard on the surface, the skin bends and pulls far with your hand. This makes you take extra care when handling it, e.g. B. Do not drag it on the floor or it will cause damage.

For us, there is no match for TPE, be it price or price, and it is also our customers' hard (or super soft?) preference! Time will tell...more and more manufacturers are turning to silicones these days. Personally, we can't wait to see what the future holds. Maybe super soft silicone just came along!
